We are looking for an energetic, creative, and highly organized professional to serve as our Manager - Enablement Delivery & Events. This role is dedicated to orchestrating high-impact internal events for the global GTM organization and delivering effective enablement programs that empower our Americas Field teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years of combined experience in enablement and sales, preferably in a technology company
- Extremely strong delivery skills, both in-person and virtually
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and tone
- Proven ability to manage events across international, cross-functional teams
- Highly organized, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders
- Familiar with tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and event planning platforms
