Freshworks is looking for an exceptional addition to their Customer Success team in Utrecht. The Senior Customer Success Manager will act as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to mid-market and enterprise customers, helping them use the Freshworks platform fully and achieve business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Customer Success or related experience in a B2B environment
• Experience in presenting technology suite of products within an existing portfolio of accounts
• Native level proficiency in Dutch
