Job Description
Freshworks is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to act as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to mid-market and enterprise customers. The role involves engaging with key partners, helping them use the Freshworks platform, and driving adoption to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of Customer Success or related experience in a B2B environment
- Experience in presenting a technology suite of products within an existing portfolio of accounts
- Experience in proactively growing customer relationships
- Native-level proficiency in English
