Engineering Manager

Lead, coach, and develop a team of application engineers, engage with customers, drive solutions from concept to production, and oversee application testing and lab operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in seal, gasket, or similar product design within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tooling and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with 3D modeling (SolidWorks or similar CAD platforms).
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively across all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, support customer-facing activities, and travel as needed.
