Lead a small team of direct reports and develop new products and improvements, serve as expert on internal manufacturing process capabilities, and manage product lifecycle. Manage engineering projects, create engineering drawings, and drive clear specifications and effective design intent. Represent Product Engineering in cross-functional problem solving and continuous improvement.
