Lead the implementation of payroll team into SSC, ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll processes, and manage policies and governance for all employees.
Requirements
- 5+ years of payroll and HR experience
- Strong working knowledge of payroll regulations and policies for Mexico
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Strong verbal and written skills to handle clients and different stakeholders
- Advance knowledge of payroll software solutions and managing technology and external payroll providers
- Experience implementing new payroll departments and industry-recognized payroll solution
- English skills of 90% (oral, written & comprehension)
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Strong Customer service orientation
- Comfortable in a fast pace and highly automated environment
