Solera is seeking a Payroll Specialist to provide first-class end-to-end payroll processing in the Mexico Office. The ideal candidate will have a focus on quality, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 –3 years of direct Payroll experience
- Payroll Org certification (CPP or FPC) preferred
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Exceptional attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of payroll laws and regulations and other related areas of compliance
- Solid understanding of accounting theories and practices, and previous general ledger and journal entry experience
- Experience with Workday HRIS; ADP
- Capacity to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to meet deadlines and sort through information to resolve complex and abstract issues, and reconcile complicated and detailed data
- Solid understanding of IRS & state record retention regulations
- Commitment to tasks, able to maintain composure during stressful situations
