Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Processor to support end-to-end payroll operations across multiple EMEA countries. The role focuses on accurate data entry, validation, and coordination with local vendors to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail
• In-depth knowledge of payroll laws and regulations and other related areas of compliance
• Experience with Workday HRIS; ADP (or other payroll providers)
• Capacity to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to meet deadlines and sort through information to resolve complex and abstract issues, and reconcile complicated and detailed data
• Solid understanding of accounting theories and practices, and previous general ledger and journal entry experience
• Commitment to tasks, able to maintain composure during stressful situations
