Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overseeing maintenance and grounds personnel, maintenance needs, and preventative maintenance needs in a Multi-Family/Residential property.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties
- 1-2 years in a supervisor capacity
- HVAC certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automotive insurance
