Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overseeing maintenance and grounds personnel, overseeing maintenance and preventative maintenance needs, and completing work service requests.
Requirements
- 4 -5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties
- 1-2 years in a supervisor capacity
- HVAC certification
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable transportation
