Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with 4-5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties and at least 1-2 years in a supervisor capacity. The ideal candidate will have a complete grasp of on-site maintenance management and a valid driver's license.

- 4-5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- HVAC certification is a plus
