We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with 2 years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties to join our team at Charlton/Shoreview Sill Apartments in Ann Arbor.
Requirements
- HVAC certification
- 2 years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
