Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Park at Trowbridge Apartments in Southfield, MI. The successful candidate will have 2 years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties and a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Prepping apartments for make-ready turns
- General maintenance duties as necessary
- On-call; respond to after-hour emergency calls
- Snow removal and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC and other mechanical systems
- Completing work orders for service requests, including plumbing, carpentry, light electrical
