Job Description
We are looking for a Resident Service Coordinator to work with our maintenance team at The Loop to provide excellent service to our residents.
Requirements
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information pertaining to all requests from the submittal process through the completion
- Prioritize and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and accurate fashion
- Maintain broad knowledge of company processes, procedures, and policies
