Part Time Leasing Specialist (Bilingual)

We are a rapidly growing, privately-owned company seeking an experienced Leasing Specialist to join our team. As a Leasing Specialist, you will assist the property managers with our entire portfolio in filling vacant units by advertising, taking calls/inquiries, and showing units to customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in leasing (preferred)
• Tax-Credit/ Affordable Housing experience preferred
• Flexible to work weekends
• Proficiency in Yardi software is a must
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent customer service skills
• Bilingual – ability to speak Spanish preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Tech-savvy with the ability to work with multiple websites
• Motivated and driven to contribute to personal and company growth
