Job Description
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you have the unique opportunity to enrich the daily life of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will provide individualized support and training to assist adults with building new skills and accessing social, recreation, leisure, and volunteer opportunities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of college preferred
- At least 1 year experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to meet FRIENDS driving requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
