Behavioral Tech responsible for supporting residents during their stay at the facility, providing exceptional customer service, and adhering to Switchpoint's mission and values.
Requirements
- Understand and implement Switchpoint's mission and values, and adhere to the Staff Code of Conduct and policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to all residents of the facility
- Keep a daily log of occurrences within the facility on each shift
- Reconcile and report any monetary funds, petty cash and other expenditures daily
- Demonstrate a passion for customer service as evidenced by interaction with co-workers, residents, and members of the community
- Laundry (Bedding when soiled or when guests check out.)
- Simple cleaning (Public bathroom, sweeping, mopping, etc)
- Monitor Cameras and log activity
- Complete perimeter checks around building and walk-throughs in building to ensure safety and security of residents.
- Abide by all Switchpoint rules and policies.
- Keep accurate logs of all transactions and submit them to management daily
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to de-escalate
- Experience in working with those who struggle with mental health and homelessness.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
