Activities Assistant
High School Diploma or GED, Experience in a long-term care/rehabilitation facility, Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch all day
Health Information Management Clerk
High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficient typing skills and familiarity with general office equipment and computer applications
Respiratory Therapist
Associate degree or certification in respiratory therapy, licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner, and Registered Respiratory Therapist with 0-2 years of experience in long-term care
Maintenance Technician
High school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 pounds
Housekeeper
High school diploma or equivalent, housekeeping experience preferred, knowledge of SDS manuals
Assistant Manager of Dietary
Experience in food preparation, organizational skills, ability to read and understand menus and diet orders
Registered Medication Aide / RMA
High school diploma, RMA license, and adult first aid/CPR/AED required. Experience in long-term care preferred
Charge Nurse RN / LPN
2+ years of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation, RN or LPN license in Virginia, BLS certification
MDS Coordinator
RN or LPN with MDS 3.0 knowledge, experience in Long-term Care environment preferred
Security Guard
High school diploma or equivalent, Valid Driver's License in the State of Virginia, Knowledge of evacuation and emergency preparedness principles
