Open Positions
Charge Nurse RN / LPN
2+ years of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation, RN or LPN license in Virginia, BLS certification
Concierge
High School Diploma or GED, 6 months Customer Service experience, Basic computer skills
Dietetic Technician Registered
Bachelor's degree in nutrition required, DTR or CDM preferred, experience in long-term care/rehab facility preferred
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA
Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy, valid Occupational Therapy Assistant License, and experience in a long-term care/rehabilitation facility preferred
Dietary Aide
High school diploma or equivalent, Food service experience preferred, Ability to lift or move objects weighing over 50 pounds
Staff Accountant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 2 years of experience in accounting preferred, and excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Home Care Aide
High School Diploma or GED required. Must be a licensed CNA in the state of VA or if not certified, must be able to provide a training certificate from a board approved program
Registered Dietitian
Valid RD license, Master's degree, and strong communication skills required
Dietary Aide
High school diploma or equivalent, Food service experience preferred
Cook
High school diploma or equivalent, Cook experience preferred
