MDS Coordinator

Friendship is seeking a Full Time MDS Coordinator to maintain RAI regulations and principles while completing MDS assessments and care planning for residents. The role involves optimizing PDPM and RUGS 48 reimbursement and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop Resident Centered Care Plans.

Requirements

• Nursing Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent graduation from an approved program
• RN or LPN with MDS 3.0 knowledge - certification preferred
• Experience in Long-term Care environment preferred
