Job Description
Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin regional health care network is seeking a Full-time Social Worker to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and planning for interventions related to patient and family Psychosocial needs, and referring patients/families to appropriate resources post-discharge. The ideal candidate will have one to five years of experience in a medical/clinical setting, a Master's degree in Social Work, and current State of Wisconsin Social Worker Certification.
Requirements
- One to five years of experience in a medical/clinical setting
- Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE accredited college or university
- Current State of Wisconsin Social Worker Certification (CSW)
