Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Albany Community Health Clinic

Provide direct clinical social work services to patients of the Albany Community Health Clinic, and advocate for clients to gain access to resources while confronting issues such as mental illness, addiction, and abuse.

Requirements

• Master's degree
• 2 years work-related experience
• Licensure as a counselor or social worker (LPC, LCSW) or temporary licensure pending the completion of the licensure process
• Experience evaluating needs of adults, adolescents and/or children for mental health and/or substance use services
• Experience performing assessments, creating treatment plans and implementing care plans
• Ability to work in a team environment
