Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, with a strong preference for candidates from a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders across Sales, IT, and Finance to effect positive change
- Deep, hands-on understanding of contemporary sales and marketing operations tools, including advanced marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (and emerging AI technologies)
- Experience managing global teams and supporting diverse regional requirements in a high-growth environment
- A data-driven mindset who will partner with our Marketing Analysts and help translate operational metrics into actionable insights for business leaders
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing managers and specialists to drive operational excellence and support career growth
