PandaDoc is looking for a Director of Marketing Operations to scale up its predictable growth engine and drive new core levers. The role requires a leader who can design, run, and improve systems, processes, and insights that power the entire marketing engine.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations
- 3+ years leading people and teams
- Deep familiarity with modern B2B SaaS go-to-market
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, lead/PQL scoring, multi-touch attribution, ABX/ABM programs, and CDPs
- Strong analytical chops and a builder's mindset
- Proven ability to lead planning & budget conversations with Finance and GTM leaders
- Executive presence and influence skills
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
