AI Engineering Manager (Core AI Platform)

Front is looking for an AI Engineering Manager to lead its Core AI Platform team, responsible for building and maintaining the foundational AI infrastructure, enabling product feature teams to ship AI-powered experiences, and pushing the frontier on AI techniques and tooling.

Requirements

• Deep technical fluency in AI/ML systems, particularly LLM-based applications
• Track record of managing and scaling a team of senior/staff engineers
• Proven ability to guide strategic AI investments
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain top AI engineering talent
• Experience building and operating AI/ML infrastructure or platform services in production at scale
