Senior Product Designer

Front is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the Core Product Experience team at a genuine inflection point. The role will own and lead design for Front's core inbox experience, raise the bar for quality and craft as the product scales, and shape decisions that affect every team and customer who relies on Front every day.

Requirements

• 7+ years designing and shipping complex products across web and mobile
• Experience with enterprise, operations-critical, or workflow-heavy software is a strong plus
• Strong product thinking and the ability to connect design decisions to measurable customer and business impact
• Experience designing AI-powered experiences
• Comfort using AI tools in your design practice
