As a Clinical Product Specialist, you will be the bridge between technology and ABA organizations, helping new clients get up and running by translating their clinical workflows and templates into our platform.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Direct experience working in ABA services or autism services settings
- Strong working knowledge of ABA clinical documentation, including initial authorizations, insurance reauthorizations, assessments, and goal setting
- Systems thinker with a collaborative approach to cross-functional problem-solving and process improvement
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with software and technology
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
