
Job description
As a Channel Manager, you will be responsible for launching and maintaining strategic Bulk Multifamily communities, managing internal and external stakeholders, and executing retention and account management strategies to deepen customer engagement nationwide.
Drive customer success initiatives, manage project deadlines and account objectives, create project documentation, and ensure successful implementation and activation of fiber services.
The ideal candidate will balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution, have experience in operations, project management, and account management, and possess knowledge of the multifamily marketplace and fiber-based telecommunications infrastructure.
