Product Manager - Platform Engineering

Frontiers is seeking a Product Manager to lead the evolution of their Engineering Platform into a state-of-the-art Internal Developer Platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in Technical Product Management, stakeholder management, and Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or Engineering Leadership
• Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder maps in a large engineering organization
• Agile Mastery: Deep experience with Agile methodologies, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery in technical environments
• Modern Tech Stack: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes (AKS), and modern CI/CD ecosystems (e.g., GitHub Actions)
• Language: Professional-level English (spoken and written)
