Job Description
At Frontiers, we are rewriting the rules of scientific publishing. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Engineering Platform into a state-of-the-art Internal Developer Platform (IDP) based on modern principles and AI-augmented workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Technical Product Management or Engineering Leadership.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder maps in a large engineering organization, running roadmap reviews, and negotiating priorities.
- Agile Mastery: Deep experience with Agile methodologies, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery in technical environments.
- Modern Tech Stack: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes (AKS), and modern CI/CD ecosystems (e.g., GitHub Actions).
- Language: Professional-level English (spoken and written).
