Job Description

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll provide compassionate nursing services to help residents achieve or maintain their highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active and valid state-issued Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Previous experience as an LPN preferred
