Internship BSW & MSW Student

Frontline Response is a mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness, housing instability, behavioral health challenges, and other complex social barriers. As a BSW & MSW Student Intern, you will gain hands-on experience serving vulnerable and underserved populations, exposure to HUD-aligned and county-funded programming, training in trauma-informed care and ethical social work practice, and professional supervision and mentorship.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited BSW or MSW program
• Internship/field placement must be required or approved by your academic institution
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Interest in homelessness services, behavioral health, social justice, and community advocacy
• Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable in dynamic environments
