Senior Product Manager (w/m/d)

FTAPI is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the development and implementation of product ideas, from discovery to market entry and continuous optimization. The role involves ensuring solutions create value for users and strategically contribute to the company's success through data-driven decisions, stakeholder coordination, and market success. The ideal candidate will have experience in a relevant role within the software environment and possess strong analytical, communication, and product management skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Management Consulting role in the software environment.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical relationships and collaborate effectively with developers.
• Ability to quickly learn new fields, including regulatory requirements, and communicate complex issues concisely.
• Strong product sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and make clear decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent German and English skills in word and writing.
