We are looking for a motivated and professional Key Account Sales Manager to join our team in Italy. The focus of this role is to identify and maximize business development and sales opportunities, as well as maintain and develop existing customer positions.
Requirements
- Commercial strategy management of assigned customers with a result-oriented approach (volumes, €/lt, CM%)
- Definition, implementation, review and monitoring of KPIs for key customers, in collaboration with the Sales Manager
- Definition of market development prospects in agreement with the commercial director of the division
- Monitoring of the results of assigned customers (commercial agreements, contracts, business results)
- Management of key customer contracts and application of price policy
- Management of quotes/offers and customer report using the company's CRM
- Analysis and proposals for business segment development assigned
