Requirements
- Proven experience in key account management, sales or business development in the B2B or technical service sector
- Strong financial awareness and the ability to maintain complex customer relationships
- Experience in working across multiple regions and with several internal stakeholders
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
- Good communication skills in German language (C1) and good English skills for international cooperation
- Result-oriented thinking with a passion for sustainable growth and operational excellence
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Safe handling of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Dynamics 365 and Power BI is an asset
- Valid driving license for class B and willingness to participate in project-related assignments
- Authorization to work in Germany and openness to cooperation in an international environment
