We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager (German speaking) to join our growing team and take full ownership of a portfolio of high value accounts. This role is heavily revenue driven, focused on maximising player lifetime value through strategic account management, upselling, retention and reactivation initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a sales-driven Key Account Management, VIP Management, or similar commercial role, ideally within iGaming or a high value digital environment.
- Proven ability to consistently hit or exceed revenue and retention targets.
- Strong sales mindset with excellent negotiation, persuasion and closing skills.
- Deep understanding of customer behaviour, monetisation strategies and lifecycle value.
- Highly analytical and data driven, comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills: confident, persuasive, and professional.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage complex portfolios, and prioritise revenue impact.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
