Operations Excellence Manager to drive process standardization and project implementation, aligning business process standardization strategy with regional direction & strategy to drive process standardization across different business activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in operations/continuous improvement in a shared service centre for finance operations (P2P, O2C, R2R) and/or non-finance operations.
- At least 2 years of experience in driving & implementing process improvement & standardization initiatives thru DX strategy.
- Experience working in an ERP accounting environment, using such systems as Oracle, Microsoft Power Platform and/or Esker/Ariba.
- Understanding & competence in implementing process improvement & standardization initiatives with the knowledge of DX & related tools.
- Understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
- Knowledge of Accounting Policy is an advantage.
- Experience working in shared service centre environment.
- Experience in ERP integration for new ERP system rollout.
- Experience in Project Management/Project Management Office.
- Experience with multi-faceted business transformation/automation initiatives across multiple geographies and business units.
- Ability to negotiate with all levels of management, both internally and externally.
- Solid PC skills and is proficient in the use of applications in the MS-Office suite, including MS-Excel.
