Service PCB Technician

As a Service PCB Technician, you will work with our team performing PCB BGA removal and placement along with minor system level debug of electronic hardware in support of Service and/or Production down to the component level. The candidate should have high level SMT solder experience and will perform PCB rework, upgrade and document steps necessary to process all PCB requirements.

Requirements

• High level SMT solder experience
• Experience with BGA operation (Removal and placement)
• Knowledge of ESD controls
• Current knowledge of medical/electronic technology, especially medical ultrasound
• Experience in a medical equipment manufacturing and service environment
• Current knowledge of ASIC, Chip Scale, and SMT technologies
• Experience with basic circuit design & electronic components
• Experience with MS Office suites
• Ability to operate equipment such as repair tools, handheld and electronic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
