Compliance Officer

Compliance Officer role leading a real estate investment trust specializing in data center properties, responsible for developing and executing the Compliance Monitoring and Testing Programme, AML/CFT compliance monitoring and testing programme, and regulatory compliance oversight, as well as assisting in policy development and governance, outsourcing and third-party risk monitoring, and audit and regulatory inspection support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university
• Professional Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance, compliance monitoring and testing, AML / CFT compliance, internal control or regulatory advisory functions
• Experience within financial institutions regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore preferred
