EHS Supervisor

The EHS Supervisor will develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and collaborate with management to integrate EHS considerations into business operations and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and improve safety performance
• Coordinate and deliver EHS training programs to employees and contractors to promote a culture of safety
• Collaborate with management to integrate EHS considerations into business operations and strategic planning
• Prepare and submit required EHS reports and documentation to regulatory agencies
• Monitor and analyze EHS performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness for potential incidents
