We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Operations Manager to lead our operations team in ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in an international environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or a related field.
• Proven track record in operations, supply chain and engineering management.
• Strong background in lean manufacturing (esp. assembly and electronics), process improvement, and cost optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems and digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
