Job Description
Lead the Engineering and Production team for overall production delivery, supervise and maintain production line, execute production build plans, and provide necessary support and coordination for pilot build of new products.
Requirements
- A Degree in Business Admin / Economics / IE / Production Management or its equivalents
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience in high volume high mix production environment managing operations
- Leadership capabilities to manage a production team of supervisor, line leaders & operators
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to problem-solve
- Experience working with Oracle/ ERP/ SAP/ MRP tools
- Experience working on lean manufacturing and quality improvement projects
