Job Description
Lead the Production team for overall production delivery, supervise and maintain production line, and execute production build plans & activities according to timeline.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Business Admin / Economics / IE / Production Management or its equivalents
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in high volume high mix production environment
- At least 3 years in supervisory position
- Leadership capabilities to manage a production team
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with Oracle/ ERP/ SAP/ MRP tools (bonus)
- Experience working on lean manufacturing and quality improvement projects (bonus)
