Job Description
Production Manager responsible for production schedule adherence, HPU improvement, cycle time improvement, inventory management, and employee development in a high-volume high mix production environment.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Admin / Economics / IE / Production Management / TQM / related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years working experience in a high-volume high mix production environment managing production with at least 3 years in a managerial position
- Experience working with Oracle/ ERP/ SAP/ MRP tools
- Experience working on lean manufacturing and quality improvement projects
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
