Fullbay is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead its Development teams, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of products, applications, and platform features. The SDM will guide the team in full-stack development practices and foster a culture of continuous feedback and professional growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in software design, development, and delivery within enterprise or SaaS environments
• 5+ years of proven experience managing software development engineers, including team building, performance management, and coaching
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
