Fullscript is looking for a Director, Strategic Finance to help shape the company's growth by translating complex business drivers into clear insights, investment decisions, and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or corporate strategy
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders (GM or business unit level) to drive outcomes
- Strong financial modeling skills, including driver-based forecasting and scenario analysis
- Structured problem-solving mindset with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong communication skills with experience delivering executive-level insights
- Bias for action, accountability, and measurable results
