Job Description
We're hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to support one of Fullscript's fastest-growing segments, working closely with cross-functional leaders to understand business performance and support key decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, consulting, investment banking, or a related field
- Strong financial modeling skills, including driver-based forecasting, scenario analysis, and business case development
- Structured problem-solving skills and comfort working through ambiguous business challenges
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights
- Experience working cross-functionally and supporting decision-making across teams
- Strong communication skills, including presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Bias for action and ability to move from analysis to execution
