Fullscript is an industry-leading health technology company looking for a Senior People Analyst to join their team. The role will involve shaping the understanding of the team member journey, ensuring People data is accurate and translated into practical guidance for talent strategy, workforce planning, engagement, and program design.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or business analytics
- Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience working in a data warehouse environment such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
- Experience building executive dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools
- Advanced analytical capability
- Direct experience running engagement or culture surveys end-to-end
- Experience thoughtfully integrating AI and automation tools into analytics workflows
- Strong executive communication and cross-functional partnership skills
