Job Description
Fullscript is seeking a Vice President, Merchandising & Supply Operations to lead end-to-end supply chain and merchandising functions, driving a data-informed, technology-enabled operating model that drives growth, product availability, and profitability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, merchandising, procurement, or related functions
- Proven experience leading end-to-end supply chain operations in a retail, ecommerce, or distribution environment
- Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, margins, and working capital
- Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience building and developing high-performing teams and leaders
