Works with teachers and students in schools to improve the quality of teaching and student learning in core content areas. Assists with implementing the Georgia standards, improving classroom management, and analyzing student and teacher data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Master's Degree preferred
- Valid and clear teaching certificate in specific subjects
- Minimum of three years of successful classroom teaching experience
- Strong desire to work with at-risk students and developing teachers
- Ability to communicate with adults and student learners at all ability levels
- High technological skill level
- Demonstrated ability to work with personal and confidential information
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
