Job Description
Function is seeking a highly creative, AI-first Growth Marketing Manager to drive member activation across their employer (B2B2C) channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth, lifecycle marketing, or B2B2C activation, and experience using AI tools to drive marketing workflows. The role will involve designing growth systems, running campaigns, and using AI to rethink activation.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in growth, lifecycle marketing, or B2B2C activation
- Proven ability to own and execute growth initiatives end-to-end
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to drive marketing workflows, ideation, and execution
- Strong experimentation mindset with experience in funnels, cohorts, and performance optimization
- Ability to operate in a scrappy, fast-paced environment with high ownership and limited structure
- Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Client Success, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Data
- Strong communication and storytelling skills across both internal and external audiences
